Members
Membership in the Global Alliance is open to professionals and students in the behavioral health and social justice
disciplines who are engaged in practice, policy and research.  We have members from psychology, social work, psychiatry, law, nursing, public health, sociology and education.  Our members are interested in the concerns of specific populations (e.g., children and families, youth, LGBTQ, persons with disabilities, individuals of color, prisoners, and immigrants and refugees).  They are also interested in settings, including the family, community, schools, faith communities, and institutions (e.g., juvenile justice facilities, prisons).  Finally, they are interested in a wide range of topics, including violence (e.g., community, intimate partner violence, bullying, child abuse and neglect), behavioral health (including mental health), homelessness, marriage, community development, social capital, social cohesion, human trafficking, crime, sexual reproductive issues, and public health (e.g., health disparities, climate change, disasters).

We invite you to join us and get involved in our efforts to promote behavioral health and social justice!
